Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using this Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. “Service” means the Scaffold-based website and API operated at the domains configured by the deployer.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Accounts and authentication
Access may require email one-time codes or Google sign-in. Keep access to your email and linked Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Probe, scan, or attack the Service without authorization
- Interfere with other users or the integrity of the Service
- Upload malware or unlawful content
- Misuse admin features or attempt to escalate privileges
- Resell or misuse the Service in a way that harms the operator or users
5. Content and uploads
You retain rights to content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload that content.
6. Intellectual property
The Service software, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. The scaffold itself is provided under its project license (see repository README). These Terms do not transfer ownership of our or third-party IP to you.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on providers such as Cloudflare, Neon, and Google. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. Outages or changes at those providers may affect availability.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This is a scaffold/template deployment; features may change.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by the Service operator. Replace this clause with your preferred venue before production use.
